		<description>c)  On the sidewalk in front of the Guggenheim in Bilbao we saw a wheelchair pushed by the upper half a male manikin while the lower half was in the chair.  It was bizaar! Obviously radio controlled, but a convincing illusion.</description>

I&#039;m sure some earn more money than a basic salary depending on the country.
