Today I bring to you a guest blog post written by Ross Hudgens. Ross is a travel writer for Low Fares Blog and an avid world traveler and blogger. You can find more of his writing at Low Fares where you can find cheap flights and discount airfare. Here’s what he has to say about Barcelona:
Barcelona is known for its intense night life. Barcelona is known as one of the great contributors to Spain’s worldwide reputation for a rowdy and sensational party scene. If you’ve ever seen a Barcelona match on television or heard about the passion of their fans, it should be no surprise to imagine how their nightlife mirrors it.
After Barcelona wins a match on the pitch, which it does more often than not, a night out on the town means carrying over that excitement and fervor to their exquisite night clubs.
The hottest clubs in Barca usually don’t open until midnight, with some of the most popular spots not opening their doors until 1 or even 2 AM. These Spanish bars charge up to ten times the price you would pay for alcohol at any other local bar, which means that often you are paying for the environment more than the liquid itself. These clubs generally don’t close until dawn, either, which allows you to booze and dance into the early hours of the night.
For those not looking for fast lifestyle that comes with this kind of clubs, there are other alternatives. You can enjoy a cold beer on the beach or relax at a sidewalk café, enjoying all the excitement and fervor that passes you.
No matter the experience, all night-wanderers will leave Spain remembering the excitement and electricity of the Barcelona party scene.
Thanks again to Ross for this great post!
Hasta luego,
–Chris
