My first week in Spain is coming to an end…

Well, I just wanted to write a small post here to say first of all that I’m sorry I haven’t posted sooner (I’ve been really busy since I just arrived to Spain) and to say that my first week back in Spain, while tiring, was good.

I got here last Monday and moved into my apartment shortly after arriving. Between meeting my flat mates, getting to know the city, going to the school to meet my fellow teachers, opening a bank account, and getting the paperwork around for my residency card, I’ve been really busy!  I’m actually kinda happy that this weekend I don’t have a lot to do and can relax a bit.

This weekend is “Enclave de Calle” weekend here in Burgos which means that a bunch of street performers/artists are running around practicing their craft. I’ll have to see if I can get out to take a few pictures of them to post here.  Stay tuned for that….
